Quinoa Pumpkin Pancakes
Served with avocado and a squeeze of lemon. I will post the recipe for this very soon. This is my own recipe, and I need to change a couple of things, but they were very delicious! Perfect Autumn/Winter flavours, and can be served savoury or sweet. 
Vegan, gluten free, sugar free, low fat.

Raw Chocolate Cookie Dough Cookies - Vegan, Gluten, Sugar and Soy free.
1 cup almond meal1/3 cup raw dark chocolate, chopped1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean extract1 tablespoon chia seeds1/4 cup raw agave nectar1 tablespoon cacao powder (optional)
Mix all the ingredients, then roll and press into desired shape and size. Delicious, rich and sweet, with good sources of Vitamin E and Omega 3 and high full of antioxidants.

Raw “Burritos”
I first saw a recipe for raw mexican through Vegan Skinny Bitch and thought it was a fantastic idea. I put my own spin on the ingredients, and they turned out so good. Preparation time was under 10 minutes, making it one of the easiest things to make and they are delicious and spicy. 
Makes 4
Chuck 2 tomatoes and 2 small chilies in a food processor and whiz until relatively smooth. There’s your hot sauce. Finely grate a carrot and zucchini, dice 1/2 capsicum and mix it all up with 1/3 of the sauce and about a teaspoon of crushed cumin seeds. Grab a few large iceberg lettuce leaves and mash some avocado at the bottom, add the filling, top with some of the remaining hot sauce and enjoy.
